Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a return request or email our support team with your order number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic equipment in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
